new printer will not install. Security Program blokes it and someone keeps blocking account

someone is in my system they block FB, Editing pages, texting. I have Norton and it scans my computer and says it ok. So I don't even know if I can sent this text or email to you . Right now I had to change out my HP printer because it kept saying bad ink. I changed out the bas colors twice no and it says they are bad to. When I load just the bad colors first its ok. FB is blocked almost ever day, I can't post and then contact them, next day same thing. I had every member change to hello face id. and the deleted one year on new members. It worked for a week. Some how they got back-in.

Sorry to hear that you have troubles with this situation, could yo please share the error messages that you get while using the printer on your device, preferably share those as screenshot to be able to help you better.
In regards to your Facebook situation, could you please also share how it looks the blockage also with screenshots without sharing personal information.
