Windows 10\11 home upgrade
I purchased the Windows 11 home download to replace my
Windows 10 machine. I didnt check compatibility before hand, then found out my computer wasnt compatabile. So im needing to get a refund.

As far as I know, digital products such as a Windows 11 license are typically not eligible for a refund. However, since this was an accidental purchase, Microsoft may consider making an exception. I recommend contacting Microsoft Support directly:

Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.
Type "Chat with an agent" from the text field and press Enter.
Click "Contact support" at the bottom.
