Upgrade SQL 2017 to SQL 2022 Can't find: msoledbsql.msi

can anyone help me with upgrading SQL2017 to sql2022. Looking in control panel/features & programs in clients Windows Server 2025 and they also have SQL server 2008 R2, SQL Server 2014 mgmt objects, SQL Server 20112 Native client, SQL Server 2005 backward compatibility installed. also Microsoft ODBC Driver 17&18 for SQL, OLE DB Driver & OLE DB 19. Any help greatly appreciated.Complete with failures

    The only workaround I know for this error is to uninstall all versions installed of the “Microsoft ODBC Driver xxx for SQL Server.” After uninstalling all those versions and rebooting the computer, you will be able run SQL Server setup successfully.
