Quantifiable differences between P1 and P2 features of Azure AD B2C

Since Microsoft is going to deprecate P2 license of Azure AD B2C by March 2026, we're currently conducting an analysis to determine what exact capabilities B2C tenant stand to lose once it's downgraded from P2 to P1.

There is following Microsoft document, which contains some feature Comparisions between P1 and P2: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory-b2c/identity-protection-investigate-risk?pivots=b2c-custom-policy and a 3rd-party document: https://zappsec.com/identity-protection-azure-ad-b2c.

If I understand correct, it seems that the biggest difference in terms of features between P1 and P2 license of Azure AD B2C tenant is in its identity protection capability: under P2 license, it is more advanced, AI-driven, and can adjust dynamically; while under P1 license, it is more basic and rule-based.

Besides identity protection, are there any noticeable feature difference between P1 and P2 licenses?

However, I couldn't find any official document that can quantify the feature differences between P1 and P2 in terms of identity protection.

Deeply appreciate if someone can fill the information gap here.

Thanks.
