Is there something going on with Inspect tool and WPF applications (possibly latest Windows Update as of this question)

Is there something going on with Inspect tool and WPF applications (possibly latest Windows Update as of this question)
On Monday, some unexpected behavior has been occurring on several machines for me where Inspect tool can't focus on individual controls on a WPF application

2020-07-31T14:16:45.67+00:00 Does it work in both modes for you? MSAA and UI Automaton. UI Automation doesn't work for me but MSAA does.
