Azure for Students Program Access Verification Issues

A student at the University of the People is seeking access to the Azure for Students program but has not received the verification email for the student account. Proof of enrollment and any required documentation can be provided to confirm student status.

Is there a way to request temporary access while this issue is being resolved?

You're trying to verify your student ID to access Microsoft Visual Studio licenses and Azure student credits, but the system isn't recognizing your university ID.

Azure for Students is available only to students who meet the following requirements:

You must affirm that you're age 18 or older and attend an accredited, degree-granting, two-year or four-year educational institution where you're a full-time student.

You must verify your academic status through your institution's email address.

This offer isn't available for use in a massive open online course (MOOC) or in other professional trainings from for-profit organizations.

This offer is limited to one Azure for Student subscription per eligible customer. It's nontransferable and can't be combined with any other offer, unless otherwise permitted by Microsoft.

There is currently no official way to request temporary Azure for Students access while waiting for student status verification, even if proof of enrollment is available. However, if the verification email is not received or the university account cannot be auto-verified, Microsoft does allow for manual review in some cases by submitting proof of enrollment (such as a student ID card or enrollment certificate) through an Azure support request
