If you purchased Office 2016 via the HUP (Home Use Program), you may be able to reinstall via the Order History at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/workplace-discount-program/order-history .

Note that you need access to the e-mail provided by your employer. If you are now working somewhere else, you can no longer access the product.

    Hi ,

If you have the 25-digit code, you can activate by redeeming it, linking it to a Microsoft account, downloading it, and reinstalling.

    https://setup.office.com/

    Or

Uninstall Office 2016 and reinstall it without an internet connection. Enter the 25-digit code. It will either activate or give an error. You may have the option to activate by phone.

Give feedback if the information was useful or not.

    Thanks
