Subject: Unable to Unlock Device After Remote Lock

Hello,

I used the Find My Device – Remote Lock feature from my Microsoft account for my laptop (Dell Inspiron 15 3530). After that, my laptop now shows a screen asking me to enter a PIN at boot.

The problem is:

During the remote lock process, I was not prompted to set any PIN.

My original Windows Hello PIN is not being accepted.

Later, I mistakenly removed the device from my Microsoft account, so I no longer see the unlock option on the devices page.

Now the laptop is stuck on the lock screen and I cannot use it.

I am the legitimate owner of this device and can provide Service Tag/Serial Number, Proof of Purchase, and my Microsoft account details for verification.

Could you please help me unlock my device or reset/remove the remote lock?
