The red screen may be due to:
A Surface Pro with a red screen most commonly indicates that Secure Boot is disabled, which can be fixed by enabling it in the UEFI settings
- Press the Power button and the Volume Up button at same time while you are starting the Surface device.
#Set Trusted Platform Module (TPM) to enabled.
#Set Secure Boot Control to enabled.
#Press Install Default Secure Boot keys.
- Press Exit setup
- Save changes.
