Developer Community account damaged - cannot post comments

When I try to add comments, or view my profile on https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/ I just get an error.

This happens even in a private/anonymous window, in Edge browser.

I have tried contacting subscriber support and they directed me here.

This is a public forum and there is no connection here with that community.

That seems less likely to be related. It's not about technologies. I guess they just don't support their VS developer community accounts at all, so I'll stop using it. (Not that I really have any option, it no longer works).
