I’m glad to hear we’re making progress! In this case, try deleting the speaker from your Bluetooth devices list and then pairing it again.

You can do this by going to Settings > Bluetooth & devices, selecting your speaker, choosing Remove device, and then trying Add device > Bluetooth again while the speaker is in pairing mode.

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Does this happen after your PC wakes from sleep or hibernate mode?

    In the meantime:

As a quick workaround for when it happens again, you can try Hard shutdown (Not restart/reboot) helps reset the adapter correctly.

Before proceeding with the steps below, please ensure that you've saved any unsaved tasks or documents.

    Perform hard shutdown:

    • Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds, or until the screen turns off, release the power button and wait for about 30 seconds.
    • After 30 seconds, press the power button again to turn on your device.

If the issue persists, please provide more details by answering my questions.

    Regards,
