Need Help with Rufus

I wish to install Windows 11 on a computer that does not have the TPM 2.0.  For this effort, I am using a computer with Windows 11 to develop a bootable usb to be used for installation on the other computer.

In search for the correct Rufus file I downloaded two Rufus files –rufus_4.11_arm64 (5,010 kb) and rufus Installer (1,080 kb).  In loading the first file I get the message “this app can’t run on your PC” and in loading the second I get the inquiry if I would allow the file to make changes to my computer system.  Since the computer I am doing all this on already has windows 11 neither of these files seems appropriate.  Any suggestions?

Hi CG. Thanks for posting here in the forum. Fellow Rufus user here. If you have the Microsoft store installed on your computer, go there https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9pc3h3v7q9ch?hl=en-US&gl=VC

That's the Rufus designed for Windows based machines.
