I was playing a game particularly Valorant and mid game my computer went into blue screen (which happened for the first time) and after it restarted it says it was diagnosing my pc and after that it was repairing disk errors, after all those I was in automatic repair and I restarted but it booted back to automatic repair. I went to advance, tried turning it off and waiting abit, didnt work. tried to use another operating system choices were WRE (Windows Recovery Environment) and Windows 10, Tried them both and it didnt work. tried the troubleshoot option then advanced and I tried Start-up Repair, didnt work. Tried startup setting and into safe mode, didnt work. Tried to boot into bios( UEFI Firmware Settings) and put every setting to its original, still didnt work. Now the 3 options which are System Restore, Command Prompt and Uninstall Updates were unusable to me because it needed password and everytime I put a password that was correct it was invalid. I even tried changing it then reentering and still invalid. I tried the "Forgotten you password or can't see your account" option and it only restarted my pc and boot back to automatic repair. Now my only choice(that I know.) was to factory reset. I tried both Local and Cloud and both failed which i waited for hours and hours. If this is not fixable at home(I have no money but if its surely not fixable at home then I would save up) please inform me and I would bring it to a computer repair shop.

    Hi, good day!

The best thing to do in this situation is to perform a Clean Install of Windows 10. However, you will need to find another working Windows computer from a family member or friend near you to create the Windows 10 USB Installation media.

Find another working computer then download the Media Creation tool (Click Download tool now). Use the tool to "Create installation media (USB flash drive at least 8GB in size) to install Windows 10". Instructions inside the link.

Note: Please make sure to uncheck the "Use the recommended options for this PC" box. Please check the link below for more details.

If you want to retrieve your important files, Insert the USB Installation media into your computer. Please change the boot order in the Bios Settings. Boot your PC from the Installation Media you created.

Click Repair your computer > Troubleshoot > Command prompt

    Type: notepad.exe

    Press Enter

    Click File, then Open

This will open a Mini-Explorer that you can use to find folders or individual files that need to backup, right click the files to Send to USB flash drive.

Kindly refer to the link below on How to Perform a Clean Install for more details.

I look forward to receiving your update and I'm willing to collaborate with you till we resolve the issue. Do keep me informed by clicking "Add comment" below.
