Details box in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/ask/ doesn't allow any text to be entered in Markdown mode

Question

When the "View Markdown" switch is set to markdown, adding text to the Details box doesn't work.

In particular, when any key is pressed (like a "q" key), the letter shows up for a fraction of a second and then is removed.

Text can be entered in "View rich text" mode, which is how I can enter this bug :-)
