Help solve audio, it only seems that one app can be using the audio at once like the other apps the audio is cut off repeatedly

    Hi Dimitris,

Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like only one app can use your audio at a time, and others get cut off. This is often caused by exclusive mode settings or driver issues.

    Try these quick steps:

    Turn off exclusive mode
Right-click the sound icon > Sounds > Playback tab
Select your default device > Properties > Advanced tab
    Uncheck both exclusive mode options

    Check volume mixer
Right-click the sound icon > Open Volume Mixer
Make sure all apps are unmuted

    Update or reinstall audio drivers
Open Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers
Right-click your audio device > Update driver
Or uninstall and restart your PC

    Try a different output
Switch from Bluetooth to wired or built-in speakers to test

    Check app settings
Some apps like Zoom or Discord may take over audio—check their audio settings

    Glad that it solved now.
    -Carl
