Thanks for your question! To help check this, could you please look at the following? Go to Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts and see if your Microsoft account is listed there. Are there any other accounts under “Accounts used by other apps” that you don’t recognize?
Also, visit account.microsoft.com/devices and check if there are any unfamiliar devices linked to your account.
