Using Vlookup with date/time

I am using Excel for Mac version 16 (it's paid for and it works for me).
I have a worksheet with two tabs
First Tab has many columns of which one is mm/dd/yyyy hr:mm
The other tab has similar data (but with extra columns at the end).
I'm trying to do a lookup using the date/time from tab1 in tab2 to get those last columns. I constantly get an error #N/A. I have worked on this for hours but cannot figure it out (neither could ChatGPT)
I want to automate this as there are some 5k lines
Any help is appreciated

Share some sample data to work with and show the expected result. Share data in a format that can be pasted in an MS Excel file.
