Suddenly pop up, that i need to activate Windows.
when checked product key all valid, all original but windows do not want to activate, all the time pops out error 0xC004F074

Where did you get your Windows licence was that pre-installed on the PC or did you purchase a full retail Windows licence from Microsoft or from a 3rd party retailer?
Or is your Windows licence based on a previous Windows 7 or 8 licence?

Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'
Run or paste this command and hit Enter:
slmgr.vbs /dlv

You screenshot indicates that is a volume licence version of Windows 11 Pro used by large organizations, it is not a normal consumer Windows licence, if the licence you purchased is Windows 11 Pro, you will not be able to re-activate that licence, because it is not correct.
I’ve purchased 10 pro version and after upgraded it to 11 pro version.
Do you have the product key for the Windows 10 Pro licence you purchased?
If you do, download the free ShowKeyPlus app from the Microsoft Store.
On the that app, click 'Check Edition', then enter your product key into that app.
Please provide a screenshot of that app window and please hide your product key in the screenshot.

That screenshot indicates that is a Windows volume licence, not a normal consumer OEM or Retail licence, you will not be able to re-activate that type of licence.
