I have a subscription for Microsoft 365 personal. But I pay for subscription through a different email. However, The Microsoft did not register my prescription in my Microsoft email. No my laptop got updated this morning, land when it resumed to work, all the Microsoft tools: Word, Exell, PowerPoint and the rest were gone. When I tried to retreive then, that's when I found out that my Microsoft email or the Microsoft site has no account associated with me. What is interesting is Microsoft just charged me 115$ August 17 for the renewal of my Microsoft 365. I have tried different way to get support all morning, but the system was unable to help and it said so. I gave my phone to be called and that did not happen. Now what do I do. Because, I lost all my file of years of work. I feel helpless.

It keeps sending me back to Microsoft account. I got subscription with google account

You can use a Google e-mail with a Microsoft account. The sign-in needs to be done in Microsoft's system anyway, assuming that this is in fact a Microsoft subscription.

Are there any clues as to what goes wrong? For example, have you perhaps set up two factor verification with the account?

    The issue is not resolved

Were you able to locate any subscription info in your account at https://account.microsoft.com/services ? You can test signing in with various @outlook.com and @hotmail.com accounts until you find the correct one.

The account which is associated with your payments should also contain the subscription info. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with your credentials. If necessary, you can reinstall Office from there.
