how to sync select file only

how to sync select file only. My setup does not give me a choice on "syne select file"

OneDrive only allows you to select the standard user shell folders, like Documents, Pictures, Desktop, etc. But you cannot pick and choose what files in those folders to back up or not backup.

If you have some some files that require backup, you manually move the files to the OneDrive folder in your File explorer instead.
