Did you update Windows recently?
Did this problem start after an update?
Does Bluetooth work normally with the standard settings?
While I await your response, try performing a repair using Windows Update.
- Open Windows Settings by pressing WINDOWS + I > Select "System" from the Side Menu > Click on the "Recovery" option.
- Under "Fix problems using Windows Update", click on "Reinstall Now" > Wait for the entire procedure to be completed.
