Which build of Windows 11 is installed?

Press WINDOWS + R > Type "winver" (no quotes) > Take a Screenshot of the Window and send it to me

Did you update Windows recently?

Did this problem start after an update?

Does Bluetooth work normally with the standard settings?

While I await your response, try performing a repair using Windows Update.

Open Windows Settings by pressing WINDOWS + I > Select "System" from the Side Menu > Click on the "Recovery" option.
Under "Fix problems using Windows Update", click on "Reinstall Now" > Wait for the entire procedure to be completed.

NOTE: This procedure may take some time depending on the computer specifications and number of files.

I've recently updated to the most recent update the windows was providing being 25H2, I have reverted back to 24H2 due to how lackluster the update was removing my bluetooth drivers entirely. it was an enumeration of things when trying to solve it. Honestly the only solution was to revert back to the update I was on. recovery option did nothing since it brought me back to my driverless bluetooth and still gone quick setting for bluetooth being gone.

btw no slander towards you, I just hate who ever manages the updates for this update and the boss for letting all of this fly by.

Don't worry, I understand. Anyway, I'm not a Microsoft employee. I'm a user like you, so I understand your frustration...

The rollback of the update must have caused this problem in Quick Settings. Have you checked if the problem occurs with another user? Create a new user and test it.

Go to System Settings (CTRL + I) > Select ''Accounts'' > 'Family and other users'' > ''Add another person to this PC'.

On the Accounts screen, choose the option ''I don’t have that person’s login information' > Then select ''Add a user without a Microsoft account''.

Click on the newly created user > Click "Change account type" > Under Account Type, change the option "Default User" to "Administrator" > Click "OK".

Enter the username, and password (optional, leave blank if you do not want to put password) > Click ''Next'.

Press the shortcut CTRL + ALT + DEL (DELETE) > Select ''Exit'' option > On the Login screen, choose the new user created.

See if the problem will occur with this new user.
