Bonjour,

Depuis ce matin, mon pc reste coincé avec l'erreur srttrail.txt

J'ai essayé toutes les solutions possibles que j'ai trouvé sur internet mais rien ne fonctionne,

Vous indiquez avoir déjà effectué plusieurs étapes de dépannage. Je ne sais pas lesquelles. Pouvez-vous accéder à l'environnement de récupération en suivant ces étapes ? Si oui, avez-vous essayé de désinstaller la dernière mise à jour, puis d'effectuer une restauration du système ? Si le problème persiste, pouvez-vous accéder au mode sans échec depuis l'environnement de récupération ? Si toutes les autres étapes échouent, avez-vous essayé une réinitialisation de Windows en conservant vos fichiers ?

Démarrez votre PC. Dès que Windows tente de se charger (points qui tournent), maintenez le bouton d'alimentation enfoncé pendant 5 à 10 secondes pour forcer l'arrêt.

Répétez cette opération deux fois.

Au troisième démarrage, Windows démarrera dans l'environnement de récupération. Vous pourrez alors accéder à la réparation du système, au mode sans échec, à l'invite de commandes, etc.
