Hi, thank you for that information. In this case, I recommend reinstalling the game. However, if the issue persists, I recommend contacting Minecraft support:

Hi, thank you for that information. In this case, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade, wherein it will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.

Note: before doing this, make sure to create a restore point:  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027538/windows-create-a-system-restore-point

    1. Go to this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
    2. Select Download Now, and select Run. You need to be an administrator to run this tool.
    3. On the License terms page, if you accept the license terms, select Accept.
    4. On the What do you want to do? page, select Upgrade this PC now, and then select Next.
    5. After downloading and installing, it should fix the issue.

Hi, I'm Bernard, a fellow Windows user. I'm happy to help!

I understand the issue you have. There is nothing to worry about; I am here to assist. The error 0x8000000d is related to a server error, which the PC seems unable to connect to. To sort out the issue, kindly follow the steps below:

Method 1. Repair the Xbox app and built-in apps:

Open Terminal (Admin) or Windows PowerShell(Admin) (Press Windows key + X then click Terminal(Admin))

Copy, paste, and enter the command below:

    Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Then hit Enter. Once the process is done, restart the PC and check.

    Method 2. Re-calibrate network connection:

These sets of commands will reset the internet connection and recalibrate the internet settings you have.

    Press Windows Key + X.

Open Terminal (Admin) or Windows PowerShell(Admin) (Press Windows key + X then click Terminal(Admin))

Type the following commands, and hit Enter after each command:

netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled
    netsh winsock reset
    netsh int ip reset
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew
    ipconfig /flushdns

    Restart the PC and check.

Note: If the issue persists, please let me know the Windows version and edition you have. A system repair might be necessary.
