I'm not receiving emails from certain parties yet still getting emails from other parties. Anyone know why? Have I managed to accidentally block some addresses?

Hello, welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Forum.

You can add this email address to your list of secure senders to see if you can receive it.

If you're not receiving emails from certain parties while still receiving emails from others, there are a few potential reasons to consider:

    1. Blocked Addresses: It's possible that you have accidentally blocked some email addresses. Check your blocked senders list in Outlook to ensure that the addresses are not listed there.
    2. Spam or Junk Folder: Emails from certain parties may be going to your Junk or Spam folder. Make sure to check these folders and mark any legitimate emails as "Not Junk" if you find them there.
    3. Inbox Rules: You might have set up rules in Outlook that automatically move emails from certain senders to different folders or delete them. Review your rules to see if any are affecting the delivery of emails from specific addresses.
    4. Email Filters: Similar to rules, filters can also prevent certain emails from appearing in your inbox. Check if any filters are applied that might be affecting the visibility of emails.
    5. Email Server Settings: Sometimes, the email server settings can impact the delivery of emails. Ensure that your email server is configured correctly to accept emails from all intended senders.

If after checking these factors you still have issues, consider reaching out to your IT support for further assistance.
