Troubleshooting a server

The employees have recently launched complains of not being able to access the
server as the IP address for the server changes and they find it difficult to remember
or keep track of these changes.

What should I do to solve this problem?

You should use a DNS instead of IP. The users will be able to reach the name of the server.

    You may have already a DHCP server.
    When the client computer will receive it's new IP Address, it will register it's computer name in the DNS with the current IP Address.

    If you want to track changes of the IP Address that has been assigned to computers, you will need to look in the DHCP log file
