VBA sample for max value pack creation

Question

Hi guys

I have a Set of tagged items 100+ and its unique code and value.

We need to create max no of pack with below condition

1. one Pack should contain 20 items
2. each pack should have one B type tag and 19 A type tags
3. There value max sum need to be with in limits ( Specified in Excel )
4. Each pack should have unique Items list, cannot use the same item in different packs

Please help..
