I have encountered with the same issue replaced the battery of the laptop and after assembled the laptop turned it on. It shows Dell logo and buffering wheel and then A Message appeared that Your Laptop have Hardware Problem and below the message it gives me INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE (0x78). I tried many attempts to boot the window, but I was failing then I restarted the laptop and press F2 to entered in BIOS and Load BIOS Default. Applied it and then exit from the BIOS. It goes to the windows sing in. Problem resolved.
