Hello,

I have a few questions. I unsubscribed from my Microsoft 365, but why is Microsoft still continuing to deduct money from my account every month like this?

Can you help me?

If you have unsubscribed from Microsoft 365 but are still being billed, there could be several reasons for this. Here are some common causes:

    1. Recurring Billing: If you did not turn off recurring billing after unsubscribing, charges may continue until you manually disable it.
    2. Multiple Subscriptions: You might have more than one subscription, and you may have only canceled one of them.
    3. Billing Cycle: If you changed your billing frequency or canceled a paid subscription, this could also lead to continued charges.

To resolve this issue, you may want to check your subscription status in the Microsoft 365 admin center and ensure that all billing settings are correctly configured. If you need further assistance, contacting Microsoft support directly would be advisable.
