Error code: AADSTS5000225

Hi !

I am having this issue and i havent been able to unbloack it. Its the first time I am using Azure Microsoft cloud and is not working. I place my card and then it logged me out with this message:

"Error message: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. To learn more about tenant lifecycle policies, see https://aka.ms/TenantLifecycle Trace ID: e7692b2f-5d52-4138-b94f-274fe79c2400 Correlation ID: a434f91a-c7b8-45f3-a76b-402dcc09fe0d Timestamp: 2025-12-12 09:10:27Z"

I haven been able to reach a solution department and there is no way to contact Microsoft to solve this matter. Tell me what i should do to solve it.
