Immediately switch for Microsoft Personal?

The complexity of the Microsoft 365 Family is over complicated! Now after all this time frustration, I immediately prefer to switch to Microsoft Personal for the simplicity to occasionally write letters or write personal plans for my home improvement projects. None of my adult children have time to even visit their living 100% permanent disabled veteran mother halfway across the USA.

I need the simplicity of the Microsoft 365 Personal NOW!!!

Hi! To switch to a Microsoft 365 subscription with fewer features, you must cancel your existing subscription and then buy another subscription. You'll continue to use your old subscription until it expires.

1. Sign in to your Microsoft account and go to the Subscriptions tab at:
   account.microsoft.com/services
2. Find your current subscription and select Manage and then select Cancel subscription.
3. The Cancel page will show you the features of your current subscription plan. If you're switching to another plan with fewer features, select the plan that works for you.
4. Follow the instructions to complete the switch.
