    Hi Thai, Bui Nhu

During a Microsoft or local authority audit, you’ll need to provide official proof of purchase, volume license agreements, activation records, and deployment documentation that demonstrate your company’s licenses are valid and compliant.

Do you mean all the documents mentioned above are for MAK of Windows 11 Enterprise as in my first question or other additional licenses we should have?

To prove that your licenses are legal during an audit by Microsoft or local authorities, you should provide the following documentation:

    1. License Agreements: Ensure you have copies of all relevant license agreements for the software you are using.
    2. Purchase Receipts: Keep records of all purchase receipts or invoices that demonstrate the acquisition of the licenses.
    3. License Keys: Maintain a record of all license keys associated with the software.
    4. Compliance Documentation: Prepare any compliance documentation that may be required, such as proof of usage or deployment.
    5. Audit Reports: If applicable, provide any previous audit reports that confirm compliance with licensing terms.
    6. Inventory Records: Keep an updated inventory of all software installations and their corresponding licenses.

Having these documents readily available will help demonstrate compliance and facilitate a smoother audit process.
