Hi, I need to recover emails that were deleted back in June/July that are no longer in my recoverable folder. Is there a way that these DNA be recovered by sutomer services?

    Hi,

    if the emails are no longer in the Recoverable Items folder, they’ve been permanently deleted from Microsoft’s servers due to retention policies. For personal Outlook accounts, recovery isn’t possible. If you’re on a work or school account, your IT admin may still help using advanced tools like eDiscovery or retention policies.
