As I writed above, I uninstalled WebView2 with a third party software, now I want to install it back. But in the windows settings it does not seems uninstalled, when I press uninstall it gives this error above.
And When I try to install it with the normal installer, it says it's already installed in the computer.
Help :) I can't reset the pc for it, I have a lot of programs installed and I have a lot of divided files etc.

Maybe the presence of Microsoft Edge (which probably includes WebView2) is enough. Are there problems if WebView2 is not installed additionally?
@Viorel I can't use some programs, like autocad. The WebView2 is uninstalled, and I can't install it back because windows is denying I uninstalled it at the first place. First method come to my mind is reset updates, but still I am not sure if it will really install WebView2 back. Also I tried to create the same folder stucture to fool the system, so it will detect it as installed, but it didn't worked.

Try the following steps to repair or reinstall WebView2:
If it detects a broken install, it will repair instead of reinstall.
According to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/2119646/, try to use the Evergreen Standalone Installer as Administrator, or remove the mentioned registry entry.
