Hi, I’m new to using a PC and have been struggling to get signed into my school account. I have used my email and password correctly on my PC and then the next step asks me to enter the authenticator code displayed on my mobile device, however I open the Microsoft Authenticator app on my mobile device and I receive no notifications, my account is connected to the Authenticator App so I am very confused to what the issue is because previously I used to just be given a notification and now I do not, I desperately need to be logged into my account but am unsure what the issue it.
