    Hi,

Thank you for sharing  your question. Hey, thanks for contacting me about verifying Microsoft Flight Simulator on Steam after you reset your email. I get that you're seeing a verification box that doesn't do anything, and I know that's super annoying when you just want to play.

From what I've seen on Microsoft Q&A, this usually happens because of email issues or problems with how your accounts are linked. Sometimes the verification email just doesn't show up, or the popup doesn't work because your new email isn't fully connected to your Xbox/Microsoft account.

Here are a couple things that usually fix it: First, double-check that the verification email actually made it to your inbox (and look in your spam/junk folders too). Then, try sending it again from Steam or in the game. Make sure your new email is really linked to your Microsoft/Xbox account. You might need to sign out and back into both Steam and your Xbox or Microsoft account, and maybe restart your PC before trying again.

    I hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

    Noel

It sounds like you're having trouble with the email verification process for Microsoft Flight Simulator after resetting your email. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check Your Email: Make sure that you have received the verification email in your new email account. Sometimes it may take a few minutes to arrive, and be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
    2. Resend Verification Email: If you haven't received the verification email, look for an option in the game or on the Steam platform to resend the verification email.
    3. Email Ownership Verification: Ensure that the email you are using is a valid work account and not a personal email. If you are using a personal email, it may not be accepted for verification.
    4. Check for Errors: If a box is popping up but nothing happens, there may be an error in the game or with your internet connection. Try restarting the game and your computer.
    5. Contact Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft or Steam support for further assistance. They may be able to provide specific guidance based on your account status.

Following these steps should help you resolve the verification issue.
