Hi! Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. If the printer is connected via USB, please try plugging it into a different USB port on the PC (avoid hubs/docks for now), and if possible test it on a different computer to confirm whether the issue is with the PC or the printer. Also, when you plug/unplug the USB cable, do you hear the Windows “device connected/disconnected” sound (or see any pop-up), or do you get no reaction at all?
If you can, please also try a different USB cable, and share: the printer model, your Windows version, and what exactly happens in Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners (does the printer appear, show “Driver unavailable”, or nothing at all?).
