I had a Brother computer quit. Brought same model of printer (HL-L2325DW) from my other home. Do not have WI-FI here. Connect by USB. Computer does not find printer. Downloaded Driver. Still no luck.

Hi! Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. If the printer is connected via USB, please try plugging it into a different USB port on the PC (avoid hubs/docks for now), and if possible test it on a different computer to confirm whether the issue is with the PC or the printer. Also, when you plug/unplug the USB cable, do you hear the Windows “device connected/disconnected” sound (or see any pop-up), or do you get no reaction at all?

If you can, please also try a different USB cable, and share: the printer model, your Windows version, and what exactly happens in Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners (does the printer appear, show “Driver unavailable”, or nothing at all?).
