What version of Windows 10 do you have installed on your PC, the Virtual Machine Platform functionality is not available in the Home version, it is only available in the Pro version of Windows 10.
I do not have a Virtual Machine Platform folder.

I do not have a virtual machine platform folder. Is that any reason why, and how do I get one?
I am on windows 10.
