I’m having an issue with my Microsoft account. When I try to sign in or recover my account using my email address, the system says that no such account exists. However, when I try to create a new Microsoft account with the exact same email address, it says that the email is already in use.

This suggests that the account still exists in your system but cannot be accessed or recovered normally. I no longer have access to the email account linked to it, which may be part of the problem.

I would appreciate your help in checking the status of this account and advising me on how I can recover it or have it properly restored.

Thank you for your assistance.b

Did your account suddenly stop working or has it been inactive for 2 years ?

If it has been inactive for 2 years, unfortunately it has been permanently removed and it is not possible to recover or create a new account using the same email address.
