Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.
Microsoft Q&A is public, and we can only provide information. It is beyond our capability to assist directly with billing-related concerns.
The fastest way to confirm this is to sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services and check all subscriptions listed there. Also click Payment & billing > Order history to see exactly which subscription generated the $99.99 charge.
If you find a subscription there that you don’t recognize, you can cancel it and request a refund directly from that page. If it doesn’t appear under your current email, it usually means the charge was made from another Microsoft account that’s still linked to your card.
To resolve this unauthorized charge and receive a refund, you must contact Microsoft Support directly:
- Here is the link: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact
- Type this keyword and press Enter: Contact Support.
- At the bottom, click "Sign in to contact support" and sign in with your Personal Microsoft account (Not work or school account), or click "Contact Support" if you're already signed in.
- In Product and services, select "Microsoft 365 and Office".
- In Category, select "Billing and Account Profile questions".
- Click "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".
If you ever find yourself stuck in a loop, please use the keywords "Contact Support" or "Live Chat" (without the quotes) and click "Contact Support" at the bottom.
I really hope this information is helpful! Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
Regards,
John J.D.
