Learning paths that i never did

Question

Hi Teami need some help with this please. I've recieve those emails but i did not see anything about that path, and when i click on it i see this. So i can not see the path or view something. Maybe it was a bug¿? 
i was worried because i was thinking that my account was hacked. please i will wait for your answer . thank you
