Hotmail is not syncing new emails since 4 a.m. on Dell 8950. I am receiving new emails on my iPhone, just not on my PC. My storage is only at 50% I have tried several fixes that have not worked. The 800 phone number I called does not connect.

It sounds like you're experiencing synchronization issues with your Hotmail account in Outlook on your PC. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue:

    1. Check Offline Mode: Ensure that Outlook is not set to work offline. You can check this by going to the "Send/Receive" tab and looking for the "Work Offline" button. If it's highlighted, click it to go back online.
    2. Check Synchronization Settings: Right-click on your email account in Outlook, select "Properties," and then check the "Synchronization" tab to ensure that everything is set up correctly.
    3. Repair Outlook Data File: Sometimes, the .ost file can become corrupted. You can try exporting your data to a .pst file and then deleting the .ost file. After that, restart Outlook to let it recreate the .ost file. You can find instructions on how to do this in the Microsoft documentation.
    4. Update Outlook: Make sure that your Outlook application is up to date. Sometimes, updates can fix bugs that may cause synchronization issues.
    5. Check for Rules: Sometimes, rules can divert emails to other folders. Check your rules to ensure that new emails are not being redirected.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to consider contacting Microsoft support for further assistance.
