Using dev subscriptions in paid courses?

Hi!

Through partnership we have several dev subscriptions that our employees use for various testing and development. Recently we have begun to build some course material that we plan to run later this year. I am wondering if we are allowed to use these free dev-tenants to showcase Azure functionality/Power apps and similar paid features during courses. Making some temporary users for our attendees and deleting everything after the course has ended. Or would this be considered a contract breach regarding commercial use of a dev subscription seeing as the course is not free and we will be making money of it.

Using dev subscriptions for commercial purposes, such as showcasing Azure functionality in paid courses, may violate the terms of use associated with those subscriptions. Generally, development subscriptions are intended for individual development and testing purposes only and are not meant for production or commercial use. Since your course is not free and you will be making money from it, this could be considered a breach of contract regarding the use of a dev subscription.

It is advisable to review the specific terms and conditions of your dev subscriptions or consult with Microsoft support to clarify whether your intended use aligns with their policies. This will help ensure compliance and avoid any potential issues.
