More than a month ago, we signed up for developer accounts in the Microsoft Partner Center. For more than four weeks, we've been waiting now on validation. While this normally should take five business days.
I've been trying to reach Microsoft in all kinds of ways. Emails, LinkedIn, X, you name it. Without any response. Microsoft has a ticketing system for the Partner Center, but that ticketing system is not working. Every time when I try to file a ticket, I get an error.
Does anybody know a way to get in touch with Microsoft? This is the request I have for them ->
Hello, our Microsoft Partner Center developer account verification has been stuck in “active verification in progress” for an extended time. Because of this we cannot publish our Edge extension. The Partner Center support form fails with an error when submitting a ticket.
