dears,
i requested a client certificate from my internal adcs using the client template on one of my servers.
i am trying to export the certificate but there is no option of exporting the cert using a private key
can you give me a method to export a cert using a oprivate key

Based on my experience, the private key can be exportable or not is determined before issued as mentioned above.
Not quite sure i understand the default template (you mentioned) clearly, if you mean the default templates in AD CA, the option :allow private key to be exported is unchecked.
But when you try to duplicate the template ,it is checked by default as following picture showing:If you mean the certificate in stalled in the client by default, it is determined by the certificate publisher
We can't change the the private key to be exportable after it was issued.

If you need to export the certificate with a private key, you should confirm that ,when you duplicate the template on the CA,the option should be checked as following:
Then you can export this certificate from clients with the private key.
