My Order number is [Removed PII]. I purchased a new Laptop and need the Product Code. How can I find it?

For Microsoft 365 Personal, the product code is only provided if you bought a physical card or a digital key from a retailer. If you purchased it directly from the Microsoft Store, there is no product code. The subscription is automatically linked to your Microsoft account.

If you bought it from Microsoft, sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services. Once signed in, Microsoft 365 Personal should appear under Services and subscriptions and will already be activated.

If you bought a retail card or digital key, check the card, the receipt, or the confirmation email from the store. Then redeem the code at https://www.microsoft.com/setup.
