I'm paying $10.81 a month to Microsoft.

What is this for? I need to know specifically. I can't find it on my account.

I need to update my checking account recurring charges.

Thanks

    Access your account's order history and see if you find any purchases with the same amount;
    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    Also follow these steps to identify the purchase;

    Since this is a community forum, we don't have access to account data or information. You can contact Microsoft support so they can help you with this charge.

    On your computer, click the Start menu and type Get Help.

    Type "Billing" as the keyword > Click the "Contact Support" button.

    Then fill out a few more details, after which you will be transferred to speak with an agent.

    The monthly charge of $10.81 you are seeing is likely for a Microsoft 365 subscription. This could be a subscription to one of the Microsoft 365 plans such as Business Basic, Business Standard, or Microsoft 365 Apps for business. If you are unable to find specific details about your subscription on your account, it may be helpful to check the billing section in the Microsoft 365 admin center or contact Microsoft support for assistance in identifying the exact service associated with this charge.

    To update your checking account for recurring charges, you can manage your billing information in the Microsoft 365 admin center as well.
