Hi,

after the last Windows 11 update , my Razer Blade Pro 17 suddenly displays error when I turn it on. I have tried everything, from EFI partition renewal with USB and Windows media creation tool, to trying to reload Secure boot keys, but due to BIOS protection from Razer it is unable. Anyone has the same problem?

Hi! Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with this. Could you please share a screenshot of the exact error message you’re getting? Also, did this start happening right after installing an update or after changing any device settings? This will help narrow down the cause and provide the right steps to fix it.

It sounds like you're experiencing issues related to Secure Boot after a Windows 11 update. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Check Secure Boot Status: Ensure that Secure Boot is enabled in your BIOS settings. You can access the BIOS by pressing a key during startup (like F1, F2, F12, or Esc) or by holding the Shift key while selecting Restart in Windows and navigating to Troubleshoot > Advanced Options: UEFI Firmware Settings.
    2. Re-enable Secure Boot: If Secure Boot is disabled, try re-enabling it. You may need to uninstall any incompatible hardware or operating systems first. If you cannot enable it due to BIOS protection, you might need to contact Razer support for assistance.
    3. Reset BIOS to Factory Settings: If you continue to have issues, consider resetting the BIOS to its factory settings. This can sometimes resolve conflicts that prevent Secure Boot from functioning correctly.
    4. Contact Manufacturer Support: Since you mentioned BIOS protection from Razer, it may be beneficial to reach out to Razer support for specific guidance on how to manage Secure Boot settings on your device.
    5. Check for Firmware Updates: Sometimes, manufacturers release firmware updates that can resolve compatibility issues. Check Razer's website for any available updates for your device.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to seek further assistance from Razer or a professional technician.
