It sounds like you're encountering an error due to your Azure tenant being blocked for inactivity. The error message AADSTS5000225 indicates that your tenant has been inactive for an extended period and has been temporarily blocked. Here’s what you can do to regain access:

Determine Tenant Status: Check if your tenant has indeed been inactive for more than 200 days. If so, it may be marked for deletion after 20 days of being inactive.

Reactivate the Tenant:

If you wish to reactivate your tenant, you can contact Microsoft support. You can find global support contact numbers here.

Make sure not to submit multiple requests while one is being processed.

If You Don't Plan to Reactivate: Be aware that after 20 days of inactivity, your tenant will be permanently deleted, and you won't be able to recover it. Alternative Access: Some users have resolved similar issues by switching to a different account or using a Chrome incognito window to log in. You can also check your login status via Azure Signup and see if you can upgrade your account if necessary. Keep Your Billing Active: To prevent future lockouts, make sure your billing information is current and maintain some level of activity in your account.
