Hi there,

i am facing an issue with working pc that shutdown suddenly after it's on for 30 Minutes

When your PC shuts down, what happens, does it instantly shut down with no error message, or is there a black or blue screen with an error, and is there any indication before it shuts down of a problem, does your PC first start lagging or is there a buzzing sound?

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

Please do not upload a very large Memory.dmp file.

Open Windows File Explorer.

Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so I can take a look for you.

but when i check this path you shared with me it was empty with no files on it

If there are no minidump files available, are there any .dmp files in the C:\Windows\LiveKernelReports\WATCHDOG folder?

It is very hard to troubleshoot this problem without any data to analyze, this may be caused by a thermal cut-out event on the motherboard.

When your PC instantly shuts down, are you then able to start the PC normally, or do you need to wait a small while before the PC will start correctly.

Open Task Manager, then select the Processes tab.

Leave that utility open to monitor your system.

Before your system shuts down, is there any indication of very high RAM, CPU or GPU usage?

once shutdown i can't start the pc again untill i wait for couple of minutes, check the attached MSEDGE is taking a lot of space even though i open only one tab in single webpage Screenshot 2026-02-12 131351.png

That is normal, Edge is a multi-threaded app, so it will spawn many processes, and web browsers these days are very resource hungry.

Because you indicate you have to wait a couple of minutes to restart the PC, most likely there is a thermal event on the motherboard causing the PC to shut down, it would be best to take your PC to a PC Shop to have the hardware amd thermal paste checked.

If, as I suspect, this is a hardware issue, you cannot check that yourself, you will need to have a technician at a PC Shop test your hardware.
