    Hello Terri,

Thank your reaching out I’m here to help you with your issue about receiving the emails to your Microsoft 365 which is taking 15 minutes. I first suggest to check Work Offline mode is disable to your outlook. Open outlook and go to Send/ receive tab, be sure Work Offline is not highlighted. Now press F9 in Outlook or select Send/ receive tab All Folders check if there is any new email that suddenly appears.

Next lets clear and rebuild the Outlook sync close Outlook and navigate to: %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook\ locate your ost.file rename it to backup.ost then reopen Outlook.

I hope this answer is helpful if you have further questions feel free to reply back

    Regards,

    Marcelo

If you are experiencing delays in receiving emails in Outlook with Microsoft 365, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can take:

    1. Check Outlook on the Web: Sign in to Outlook on the web to see if you are receiving emails there. If you can see your emails in the web version but not in the Outlook app, the issue may be with the Outlook application on your computer.
    2. Run Support and Recovery Assistant: Download and run the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant. This tool can help diagnose and fix many issues related to Outlook and Microsoft 365. It is particularly useful if the problem is due to a corrupted profile or other account issues.
    3. Check for Software Updates: Ensure that your Outlook client and Windows operating system are up to date. Outdated software can lead to connectivity issues.
    4. Check for Service Issues: If multiple users in your organization are experiencing similar issues, it may be a service-related problem. You can check the Microsoft 365 Service health status for any ongoing issues.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify and potentially resolve the issue with receiving emails in Outlook.
